New data released by the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics shows Texas has reached historic highs for both the number of Texans working and the size of the labor force. This is clear proof of a strong Texas economy and a workforce built for growth and stamina!
📈 By the numbers (November data):
15.9 million Texans in the labor force — the largest in state history
15.2 million Texans working, including self-employed — another all-time high
146,300 jobs added year over year, more than any other state
Job growth outpacing the U.S. by 0.4 percentage points
4.2% unemployment rate, below the national average
